SECTION 1 – AGREEMENT TO TERMS These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and 100K MARKETING LLC (“we,” “us” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the us.kitorm.com website. By accessing the Site, you agree that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms of Service.

SECTION 2 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS Unless otherwise indicated, the Site is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the “Content”) are owned or controlled by us and are protected by copyright and trademark laws of the United States.

SECTION 3 – PURCHASE AND PAYMENT We accept various forms of payment through our secure processor, Stripe. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Site. Charges will appear on your bank or credit card statement as: KITORM. We reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the Site.

SECTION 4 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY In no event will 100K MARKETING LLC or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, or loss of data arising from your use of the Site.

SECTION 5 – GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION These Terms of Service and your use of the Site are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action shall be commenced in the state and federal courts located in New Mexico, USA.
